Dispatch procedure
How orders are dispatched
Dispatch schedules are aligned with verified warehouse pallet allocations. Orders are prepared for despatch once stock and packaging units have been confirmed.
Standard order updates and tracking notices will be issued at the point of dispatch confirmation.
Pending confirmation
Items awaiting official review
GST, final shipping rates and regional freight tariffs remain pending official confirmation. Please do not rely on any figure shown at checkout until it has been approved.
Regional and national shipping options are scheduled for final freight review and will be published here once confirmed.
